Shipping Policy

As a devoted artist, R·E·Kasper personally takes great care in packaging and shipping her high-end artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Below are the details of our shipping policies.


1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping is included in the price of all artwork for customers in the U.S.

  • We ship via FedEx 2-Day in most cases.

  • All shipments include tracking and full insurance for the artwork’s value.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


2. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide for a flat fee of $300.

  • Buyers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees required for the package’s release in their country. These fees vary by location, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing.

  • International shipments are also sent via FedEx and include tracking and full insurance for the artwork’s value.


3. Processing & Handling Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipment.

  • Custom orders may have a longer processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.


4. Packaging & Insurance

  • All artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Every order is fully insured, so if an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for assistance.

    Insurance Coverage
    All shipments are fully insured for their full value using a third-party shipping insurance provider, such as Secursus. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can work with FedEx to resolve the issue.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to file an insurance claim and determine the best course of action.


6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
