Returns & Refund Policy

R·E·Kasper takes great pride in her handcrafted artwork and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A $150 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Custom orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you.

  • We do not offer exchanges due to the unique nature of our artwork.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us at [email protected] before returning any item.

  • We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Items must be shipped back within the 30-day window to qualify for a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the $150 restocking fee.

  • We do not refund original shipping costs for international orders.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged artwork and packaging.

  • All shipments are fully insured, and we will assist with the insurance claim process.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please reach out to us so we can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

    Insurance Coverage
    All shipments are fully insured for their full value using a third-party shipping insurance provider, such as Secursus. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom pieces, they are non-refundable.

  • Items not in their original condition or that have been used or altered cannot be returned.
